Felt strongly at Templeton where I was in a house on Claassen Ranch Lane on the west side of town close to the epicenter which was probably near the intersection of Highway 46 West and Vineyard Drive. Some in the room wondered what it was but I knew it was quake immediately….. dogs all around the neighborhood were barking afterwards.
Felt a quick and strong jolt after some creaking at the top of montebello oaks neighborhood in paso
Felt it at Heritage Ranch
Was pretty strong, though didn't last very much. Felt it for sure.
Definitely felt it on Peachy Canyon!!!
In South Paso, saw our sliding glass doors bow slightly, then heard a low rumble.
I felt the jolt but could not find record of it on USGS for quite some time. I live on the West side of Paso Robles. Our little dog jumped up from his nap, barking and ran outside!! No 'duck and cover' hor him!
Earthquake, whole house moved! Aaron said "What was that" I told him earthquake. He said, "Rhonda we better go your house is gonna fall pretty soon" Kid has a point!
Felt it way out north of San Marcos Road!
Thinking negative thoughts of the pope!!!!! GO Trump.. Then earth shook!!!!!
We live just 3 miles east of Templton. My husband was downstairs and didn't feel the quake. I was upstairs and felt the earthquake as a jolt that was fast, not any real rocking sensation.
My husband felt it strongly in Templeton just next door to the Croad vineyards which border our property near 46 W and Vineyard Dr. I hardly felt it at all in my office in Paso Robles. My chair shook, but it was milder here than a sonic boom. Same difference in impact in 2003's big one. It had furniture fallings and cupboards empyting in the Templeton house, but my mom who lived in Paso Robles behind Walmart felt almost nothing — less than I felt in the same place yesterday.
