Parent Connection hosting 2-day training program 

Training will help professionals, ‘strengthen and enhance conversations’ with parents

–Parent Connection has partnered with San Coastal Adult School to offer all of their, “Parent Support Professionals” a two-day workshop on March 11, 2016, and March 18, 2016. All Parent Support Professionals are urged to attend. Registration is $35 for the one-day session, and $55 includes both sessions. To register or to learn more, go to www.sloparents.org.

The workshop provides an overview of parent coaching and topic-specific information to bring to conversations with parents. Participants learn how to help parents manage their fears as they guide their teen through the adolescent years, including how to build resiliency and grow problem-solving skills.
