–Paso Robles resident Ed Gallagher played his bagpipes in Downtown City Park in Paso Robles for St. Patrick’s Day.

Gallagher plays the bagpipes for weddings, memorials, funerals, and other special occasions. His rates are tailored to each request, such as the length of performance and the needs of the host of the event.
