–On Thursday, June 16, at approximately 3:20 p.m., Paso Robles Police Department detectives conducted a narcotics investigation at the Motel 6, 1134 Black Oak Drive, due to reports of ongoing suspicious activity at that location. Detectives contacted two subjects in the parking lot and, as a result of their investigation, arrested both subjects for narcotics related offenses. These subjects were identified as 29-year-old Morro Bay resident Kay Marie Signorelli and 20-year-old Paso Robles resident Mike Rudy Delaroca.
