Bearcats beat Lemoore 35-10 

–The Paso Robles Bearcats beat Lemoore High School Tigers Friday night 35-10 in Lemoore.

The Tigers scored a touchdown in the opening minutes of the game after a long pass completion, but could manage only a field goal after that TD.

Quarterback Steven Schouten ran the diverse offense for the Bearcats. He threw a touchdown pass to Nolan Binkle, and ran 60 yards on a keeper.

Christian Erickson contributed on both offense and defense. He intercepted a Tiger pass and ran it back to the goal line. He also ran for long yardage on offense on several occasions.

The Tigers suffered from costly penalties, most of them procedural calls on offense.

The Bearcats are home next Friday night against Frontier of Bakersfield.
