Bianchi Winery receives high ranks for latest releases
Double Gold awarded to 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon
–Bianchi Winery and Tasting Room announced it has received accolades from both Wine Enthusiast Magazine and the 2017 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition.
The annual San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition is the largest competition for American wines in the world. This year, Bianchi’s 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon placed in the top seven for its category, winning Double Gold honors. The 2012 Syranot earned Silver, while the 2011 GSM and 2015 Pinot Grigio earned Bronze in their respective categories.
In addition, five of Bianchi’s wines were recently rated by Wine Enthusiast and will be featured in the March issue.

The winery and tasting room sits on 40 acres overlooking the undulating vineyards of the area, rising above a waterfall fed lake nestled in its estate vineyards. Its Heritage Collection is made with estate grapes include Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Syrah and Merlot, which grow along the property’s gently sloping vineyards. The Bianchi Signature Selection is made with grapes purchased from premium growers in and around Paso Robles, who Bianchi maintains close relationships with to ensure access to top-quality harvests.
