County’s most wanted: Felipe Gutierrez 

–The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office asks: Have you seen this man?

Felipe Gutierrez, 37, is wanted for failure to appear in court, two counts of carrying a concealed firearm in a vehicle and one count of brandishing a firearm. Gutierrez is Hispanic, 5′ 05″ tall, 150 pounds and his last known address is in Paso Robles.
