Bearcats play first baseball playoff game Thursday 

–The Paso Robles Bearcats will play their first round baseball playoff game Thursday in Montebello against Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary.

Coach Derek Stroud says Cantwell is a good team that was elevated from Division V. Last year, they advanced to the Division V championship game. They have a record of 20-6. If the Bearcats win Thursday, they advance to the second round May 23rd.

Righetti and Arroyo Grande High Schools also made the playoffs, although the Eagles have a play-in wild card game.
