Overnight roadwork closes Spring Street 

–Roadwork on Spring Street closed the roadway overnight so crews could install four-inch conduits to be used in the future for fiber optics or if the city wants to interconnect the signals at 10th, 12th and 13th Streets.

The major work is still ahead. They’ll grind off the asphalt and install new base and asphalt on Spring Street when they complete the work on the conduits and sewer lines.
