Update: Identity of man arrested for felony DUI after fatal accident released

–California Highway Patrol has released the identity of the driver who was arrested for felony DUI after a fatal accident Sunday afternoon. The man has been identified as 28-year-old Artemio Pacheco, of Shandon.
Accident leaves one dead, driver arrested for felony DUI

–A crash that happened at the intersection of Highway 41 and Creston Road Sunday afternoon has left one dead, according to reports. Alcohol may have been a factor in the collision, according to CHP.
Two men were inside a 2000 Ford Expedition when the driver abruptly turned towards the east side of Creston Road, overturning the vehicle. The passenger, a 28-year-old Shandon man, has been pronounced dead. The driver, 26-year-old Eusebio Ruiz Luis, was transported to Sierra Vista and arrested for felony DUI and vehicular manslaughter.
