‘Art in the Park’ coming to Paso Robles

Famous California Wood Sculptor Richard Vest will be exhibiting at the very first Paso Robles Art in the Park event on April 28-29 2018 at Downtown Paso Robles City Park.

–At their most recent meeting, the Paso Robles City Council authorized a new, free Paso Robles Art in the Park event on April 28 and 29, 2018 in Downtown City Park. The promoter, Steve Powers and Company, has produced over 300 art shows since 1975 in venues including the Madonna Inn and Morro Bay. The Paso Robles event will be similar to the Morro Bay show, featuring over 100 exhibitors, gourmet foods, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Pending the success of the April event, Powers has also requested use of City Park in October, making Paso Robles Art in the Park a bi-annual event. The city will benefit from City Park rental revenue of over $2,000, vendor permit fees, and sales tax generated via art sales at the event.
