Dolores Spangler dies at 91
-Dolores Spangler, 91, passed away at home in Clovis, CA on August 16, 2017. She was born in Fresno and moved to Santa Cruz at age 7 until marriage in 1946 to Robert Spangler. They lived for two years in Bend, OR, before moving to Shandon CA, where they lived for 69 years. Throughout her life as a wife and mother of two, she loved to tutor reading at Shandon Elementary School, was a member of the PTA and enjoyed square dancing, photography, music, gardening, sewing and trailer-traveling.
She is survived by her brother Bill Junk, niece Susan Junk, daughter Linda Kyle and son-in-law Jeff, son Chuck Spangler and daughter-in-law Diane, grandchildren Kami Swedblom and husband Brandon, Clay Kyle and wife Kristen, Alicia Spangler; and great-grandchildren Zoe Swedblom, Ciella Kyle, and Mason Wright.
