    Mobile assistance for the homeless holding an outreach at fairgrounds Oct. 25 

    -The Mobile Assistance Serving Homeless (MASH) will be at Estrella Hall at the Paso Robles Event Center, 2189 Riverside Ave, on Oct 25 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. The MASH outreach links San Luis Obispo County homeless populations with difficult to obtain services including medical, behavioral health, dental and employment assistance, haircuts, lunch and more.

    Free transportation is available:

    • Bus A: 9:35 a.m. at the San Miguel Mission and 9:50 a.m. at 1191 Creston Rd, the Smart and Final parking lot.
    • Bus B: 9:30 a.m. from ECHO at 6370 Atascadero Ave in Atascadero, 9:40 a.m. at the Park and Ride, near Trader Joe’s at 1111 Rossi Rd and 9:50 a.m. at the Wendy’s parking lot at 141 Niblick.

     

    Both buses arrive at Estrella Hall at 10 a.m. and return at 2 p.m.

    The MASH outreach is sponsored by the Community Foundation of San Luis Obispo County and  the San Luis Obispo Department of Social Services.
