Man arrested after running naked on freeway offramp 

–On Sunday at approximately 6:30 p.m., officers from the California Highway Patrol responded to a report of a naked man running on the Spring Street offramp near Highway 101 in Paso Robles.

The man, identified as 45-year-old transient Jehova Creed Jr., was arrested for public intoxication. He reportedly had warrants out of Kansas, and a history of contact with police in San Luis Obispo County, Arizona, and Alabama.
