United Blood Services having blood drive
-United Blood Services is having their last week of their Thirty First annual Gift of Life Blood Drive from Jan. 2 to Jan. 5.
Gift of Life will be held at United Blood Service’s two blood bank locations: 4119 Broad St Suite 100, San Luis Obispo, California, and 1770 S. Broadway, Santa Maria, California. North County residents are invited to visit the mobile drive located at Paso Robles’s Walmart on January 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. Hours 11 to 4 each day. Blood donors will receive a lunch certificate from F. McLintocks Saloon.
Mona Kleman, Senior Donor Recruitment Manager, states, “This is the last week to donate during Gift of Life, help us save a life and donate today!” Appointments for Gift of Life are requested; donors can book their appointments on www.blood4life.org or call (805) 543-4290 ext. 0. To speed up the process, it is recommended to all blood donors to complete their FastTrack questionnaire before coming to their scheduled appointment. (must be done day of donation).
