Missing person found deceased
18-yr-old William Casper Jr. has been identified as the missing person found deceased.
–On Wednesday Jan. 10, at about 12:47 pm, a Grover Beach police sergeant was patrolling the beach area south of the Addie Street parking lot and saw an object in the tide line that upon further investigation resulted in the discovery of a deceased person. The area was immediately secured and a death investigation was initiated.
The deceased person in this investigation has been positively identified as 18-yr-old William Casper Jr of Grover Beach, CA. The investigation showed that Casper was reported as missing to the Grover Beach Police Department in early December. Cause of death is pending toxilogical testing results. No signs of foul play have been found at this time. For the integrity of the case, no further details are available for release at this time.
