    Teen Spring Break Library Volunteer Program deadline approaches

    – The deadline to apply for the Paso Robles City Library’s Spring Break Volunteer Program is Friday, March 30 at 8:00 p.m. Students, grades 9-12, may volunteer between 9 a.m.-12 p.m., April 3-7, 2018, earning a maximum of 15 community service hours for the week. Duties include cleaning and shelving/shelf reading.

    Applications are still being accepted for the Ongoing Program, which continues through May and then resumes August-December. Shifts are 2-3 hours per day; students must work a minimum of 20 hours per semester. Duties may include:

    • Assisting at public desks
    • Assisting with programs
    • Shelving/shelf reading
    • Cleaning/dusting shelves
