Shots fired in Nipomo, man admitted to hospital with gunshot wound
–On Monday, San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report of shots fired in the 700 block of Grande Avenue in Nipomo.
When deputies arrived, they were unable to locate any signs that a shooting had occurred. A short time later, a male subject was admitted with a gunshot wound to Marian Regional Medical Center in Santa Maria. Detectives determined the shooting incident had occurred at that location in Nipomo.
The victim was treated for a non-life-threatening wound and released from the hospital.
