Bearcats cross-country teams compete at invitational

–The Bearcats traveled to Morro Bay Saturday to compete in the Morro Bay Cross-Country Invitational (3 miles).

Varsity Boys placed 7th out of 30 schools. Steven Scruggs had an outstanding performance placing 1st out of 207 athletes (17:29). Also performing great was Damian Gavilan placing 3rd (17:50).

Varsity Girls ran well, placing 4th out of 20 schools. The Bearcats with the fastest times were Jasmine Rangel (22:55) and Madeline Off (23:00).
