Flags at high school campus to commemorate those who died on 9/11

–Small American flags covered the quad of Paso Robles High School on Tuesday to celebrate the memory of those who died on Sept. 11 2001.
The Conservative Club of PRHS placed the flags on campus.
Justin Smith of the Conservative Club says he started placing the flags at 3 a.m. Tuesday morning. Other members joined him in creating the flag display.
The club placed one flag for each fatality. Of those who died on 9/11, emergency workers accounted for 412.
