Calwise Spirits hosting open house Nov. 17
–On Saturday, Nov. 17, Calwise Spirits Co. will host their first official Open House for the Central Coast community. This special event will feature free tours of their new distillery with behind-the-scenes looks at their fermentation, distillation, and aging practices as well as complimentary guided tastings of the distillery’s five spirits. Tours will begin promptly on the hour, every hour, between 12 to 5 p.m.
This event will also mark the beginning of the distillery’s new spirits and cocktail club, offering a subscription to recurring packages of exclusive releases and unique membership benefits.
One of the spirits in the tasting lineup will be the distillery’s newly released orange liqueur, the first of many in the company’s new liqueur brand, the Western Fruit Exchange. Bottles will be available for purchase at a special discounted price. Guests can also enjoy cocktail specials featuring WFE Orange Liqueur in addition to other cocktails and food from the distillery’s recently updated seasonal menu.
The newest distillery on the central coast, Calwise Spirits Co. is committed to crafting genuine spirits from innovative ingredients inspired by the California experience. Located at 3340 Ramada Drive in Paso Robles, they’re the only distillery between San Diego and the Oregon border that boasts a restaurant and full cocktail bar in their tasting room.
