The restaurant is a family operation. Brian and Nancy Stein have catered events in the North County for decades.

Born in Texas, but raised on the east coast, Brian Stein studied to become a chef back in the 70’s. He says back then culinary arts were primarily traditional Italian and French cooking. Later, Brian became obsessed with barbecue.
Stein’s BBQ Co. offers pulled pork, ribs, pastrami and many traditional BBQ specialties.
Stein’s is open from 11 a.m.- 9 p.m. seven days a week. It offers adult beverages, comfort food and outdoor seating. It is located at 1240 Park Street in Paso Robles.
