    Warming station will be closed on Thanksgiving 

    Paso Cares‘ Warming Station will continue to be open through the night of Wednesday, Nov. 21. It will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 23 (Thanksgiving) but will reopen on Friday night, Nov. 23 and remain open through Sunday night, Nov. 25.

    A decision on opening the Warming Station for dates beginning on Monday, Nov. 26 will be made next week, before Thanksgiving.

    Persons desiring to stay at the warming station must appear at Peoples’ Kitchen, 2345 Riverside Avenue (southwest corner of 24th Street and Riverside Avenue), Paso Robles no later than 5 p.m. on the evening that they wish to stay at the Warming Station (held at a different location every night). Exception: On Sunday nights, Persons desiring to stay at the Warming Station must appear at Peoples’ Kitchen no later than 4 p.m. Paso Cares has arranged for Ride-On transportation to and from the warming station sites (5 different churches on a rotating basis) and the Peoples’ Kitchen.
