–Roadwork continues today in downtown Templeton.
Friday’s repaving project may restrict traffic to one lane on Main Street through town.
Papich and Company is repaving Main Street through downtown. In the last few weeks, they removed the old pavement.
The same crew also repaved Spring Street through downtown Paso Robles.
Businesses on Main Street remain open despite the roadwork. At Upscale Resale, Tamara Stavrianoudakis says, “We’re open and we’ve got some great deals. I keep hoping these road guys will come in and buy something for their wives or girlfriends, but they never stop working. Parking is restricted, but we’re still open for business and we’ve got some great items on sale.”
The road crews hope to finish the job next week, weather permitting.
