Climate action plan for Paso Robles
A second round of workshops is planned for Thursday, November 29th from 6:30-8:00 PM to give residents and businesses an opportunity to review potential measures for their city’s Climate Action Plan.
Community members interested in the Plans for Atascadero or Paso Robles should attend the meeting at 6:30 PM at: Templeton Elementary School’s Multi-Purpose Room , 215 8th Street, Templeton.
The Cities and the San Luis Obispo County Air Pollution Control District (APCD) have initiated a collaborative planning effort to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions consistent with the goals of Assembly Bill 32. This phase of the process involves reviewing potential measures that may be appropriate for the individual cities to incorporate into their Plans.
Preparation of the Climate Action Plans is funded through the Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s Green Communities Program, Southern California Gas Company, and the APCD’s mitigation grant funding.
