Council votes to repeal short-term rental urgency ordinance

–The Paso Robles City Council voted unanimously Tuesday night to repeal the urgency ordinance on short term rentals, and allowed another ordinance to die without a second reading.

With Councilman Hamon and Gregory recusing themselves, the council voted 3-0 to send the short term rental ordinance issue back to a task force for further discussion. The Vacation-Short Term Rental Task Force next meets Feb. 27 at 10 a.m.
