SLO Winds presenting free concert at Atascadero Methodist Church
–The San Luis Obispo Wind Orchestra presents a concert of traditional and contemporary chamber music on Sunday, April 28, at 3 p.m. at the United Methodist Church, 11605 El Camino Real, Atascadero, CA 93422. The public is invited at no cost though donations are appreciated.
“We are delighted to bring you the joy of hearing Mozart, Beethoven, and Vaughn-Williams,” said Jen Bittick, Executive Director of SLO Wind Orchestra. The United Methodist Church choir recognized for its vocal excellence and has performed at Carnegie Hall in New York City will also be singing two a cappella pieces and more. This concert is made possible through the District Community Project Fund.
