Hunter Ranch Golf Course for sale for $4.2-million 

–Hunter Ranch Golf Course has been listed for sale for $4.2 million by David Crabtree of Home and Ranch Sotheby’s International Realty, according to reports. The 18-hole, 210-acre course golf course is located off Highway 46 East.

Ken Hunter III is the majority shareholder. His father, Ken Hunter Jr., developed the golf course in the 1990s. Ken Hunter III heads several oil companies. His latest focus however is Sensorio, a multi-acre illuminated art exhibit opening in Paso Robles in May.
