Letter: Vacation rental guests are upscale, interesting folks 

To the editor,

–I have owned/managed my vacation rental for 4 1/2 years now. It is on the golf course in Paso Robles. My guests are wedding families, golfers, wine enthusiasts and family reunions. They all drive brand new expensive cars and park in the garage. These people leave the house in good shape and spend plenty in our community. Never have I had a problem and am saddened there is so much uproar about short term rentals. The long term rentals on our street are the ones with too many cars and unkept yards. The guests that come to my rental are ALL upscale and very interesting folks.
