Paso Robles man arrested after attempting to flee police

–At 1:54 p.m. Tuesday, a Paso Robles Police Department officer noticed Guy Leonard in the area of Park and 18th St. The officer knew Leonard had a warrant for his arrest out of the Paso Robles Police Department and attempted contact. Leonard fled on foot and led officers on a foot chase. Assisting officers converged on the area and caught Leonard in the 1900 block of Oak St. Leonard was arrested per his warrant and was charged with delaying/obstructing an officer.
