Police seek help identifying perfume thief
–On Sunday, shortly before 4 p.m., the female pictured in the security footage pictures above entered ULTA in Paso Robles and stole over $1,000 in perfume, according to Paso Robles Police. They say that it is suspected she is responsible for other thefts on the Central Coast.
