Heart to Heart Real Estate is based on the principle of utilizing the funds generated by a real estate transaction to affect massive change through community partnerships. At the close of escrow, Heart to Heart will make a payment equal to up to 50% of the commission earned* to the charitable organization or cause designated by our clients.
