A unique Paso Robles winery that lets consumers get involved professional “berry to bottle” winemaking experiences. We offer everything from elaborate harvest/crush experiences in the fall to year-round, educational winemaking classes, workshops, tours and events. At First Crush, customers can also purchase privately-labeled wine or create their own custom blend from premium Paso Robles wine varietals that they may custom label.
