Grading underway for Oxford Suites Hotel on 4th Street 

–Grading is underway for the Oxford Suites Hotel, located at 4th and Spring Streets.

Phase I of the project is a 5-story hotel with 103 guest rooms and 1,848 square feet of meeting space. A future Phase II is planned and will include 24 rooms and 3,480 square feet of meeting space.

Construction of the hotel building is expected to begin following completion of the pads. The Building Department

and project team are presently working together towards approved construction plans and building
permits. Construction is expected to run for 18 months.
