Connie Renee Gomez – May 9, 1992 – April 11, 2025
–It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Connie Renee Gomez, age 32, who left this world far too soon on April 11th, 2025. Born in San Luis Obispo, California, and raised in Paso Robles, Connie was a bright light in the lives of all who knew her. Her smile could light up any room, and her boundless love touched everyone she met.
Connie graduated from Paso Robles High School and later earned her degree in Culinary Arts from Cuesta College. A talented cook and baker, she found joy in creating meals and treats that brought people together. She also loved arts and crafts, expressing her creativity in everything she touched.
Connie’s greatest passion in life was being a mother. She poured her heart into raising her son, always putting him and her family first. Her love was fierce, selfless, and unwavering—she would do anything for those she cared about. Connie believed in the power of togetherness and was often the one bringing everyone together, creating memories filled with laughter, food, and warmth.
She also found great joy in volunteering in her son’s classroom and giving back to her community. Connie was strong, resilient, and deeply principled—never afraid to stand up for what she believed in and always striving to make her dreams a reality. She had a spark in her spirit; she was a firecracker in the best way—bold, full of life, and never one to back down from what was right. Her energy and passion left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
Above all, Connie had a deep and unwavering love for the Lord God Almighty. Her faith was her foundation, guiding her through life with strength, compassion, and grace. She trusted in God’s plan and sought to reflect His love in the way she lived, loved, and served others.
She is survived by her beloved son, her loving mother and father, her sisters and brothers, cherished niece and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins, grandmothers, grandfather, significant other Luis and many dear friends who will carry her memory in their hearts forever.
A memorial service will be held on May 15th, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Kuehl-Nicolay Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow on May 16th, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Paso Robles District Cemetery, located at 45 Nacimiento Lake Drive, Paso Robles, CA 93446.
Connie’s love, faith, strength, and light will remain with us always. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
