    Lorri A. Gunn
    March 4, 1958 – Dec. 15, 2024

    – Lorri Gunn died peacefully in her sleep on 12/15/2024. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Her wonder, curiosity, and joy remained that of a three-year-old for most of her lifetime due to developmental challenges beginning at birth. She loved music, dancing, ice cream, going to “school” and her family. Her favorite “date” was sharing a steak dinner with her dad at Vic’s Café. She was an unforgettable presence and touched the lives of many.

Lorri participated in Special Education classes in Paso Robles, the START Program in Atascadero, and Helping Hands Program in Arizona. Her teachers and mentors were precious to her and she never forgot them. The family appreciates the love and devotion given by those involved in her care. Lorri is preceded in death by her father and mother, Kenneth and Bea Gunn, as well as her younger brother, David.

She is survived by her sisters, Sheila Erb (Darron) and Terri Knight (Tom), and her brother Mike Gunn. In addition, Lorri adored her 3 nieces and 3 nephews. There will be no public service. In lieu of flowers or cards, donations may be made in her name to the EdR-START Program, PO Box 6007, Atascadero, CA 93423.
