One injured in rollover collision 

Driver arrested for DUI

–A solo vehicle roll over collision was reported Friday on Northbound US-101, north of Del Rio Road overcrossing in Atascadero. Ashley Alberti, a 27-year-old from Visalia, was injured and was transported to a local hospital with what appeared to be minor injuries. The male driver, 26-year-old Elden Stephens from Visalia, was arrested for DUI. Another passenger, 23-year-old Marchellus McCoy, was uninjured.

Stephens reportedly was driving northbound when he lost control of his 2006 Chevy HHR and lost control, went off the road, and overturned before coming to rest on its wheels.

The incident is under investigation.
