Paso Robles home destroyed by fire 

Two occupants displaced, one sent to hospital with minor injuries

– A large home caught fire just outside of Paso Robles just after 4 p.m. Wednesday on the 1600 block of Valley Quail Place in San Luis Obispo County.

Firefighters were able to fully extinguish the blaze before it spread to brush outside the home. Crews stayed at the home for several hours to ensure all hot spots were extinguished.

Red Cross was called to help two displaced residents. One of the homeowners was sent to the hospital with a minor injury.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
