Permits issued for Blue Oak Apartment complex 

Site will include 29 apartment buildings

–On Monday, Dec. 19, the Paso Robles Building Department issued the stock plan permits for the Blue Oaks Apartments. This project, formerly known as the Arjun Buena Vista Apartments, will be constructed at 812 Experimental Station Road and will consist of 141 apartment units and a caretaker’s residence.

The site will include a community center and 29 apartment buildings that have 1, 2, or 3 bedroom units. The new developer – MBK Builders of Irvine – broke ground with its grading permit mid-December and expects to start building early 2017.
