At-risk missing person located 

Rachel Ann Miller was reported missing Wednesday morning

Rachel Ann Miller.

–On Wednesday evening, Rachel Ann Miller, an at-risk female who was reported missing Wednesday morning, was safely located in Paso Robles. Miller was last seen at approximately 10:30 Wednesday morning, walking away from her residence in the 4800 block of Highway 41, near Kingsbury Road, east of Atascadero. Miller was considered at-risk because of a medical condition.

Family members of Miller saw media reports of her missing and were able to contact her. Miller, in turn called law enforcement at approximately 7:30 p.m. to report her location. Deputies made contact with Miller to confirm she was safe.
