13th Street construction to cause lane reductions this month 

– Traffic control lane shifts will take place on 13th Street between Riverside Avenue and River Road through late October, according to the City of Paso Robles.

One lane in each direction will remain open during the work. Daytime traffic control will be in effect Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. between Oct. 13 and Oct. 28. Nighttime traffic control will occur Sunday through Friday from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. between Oct. 19 and Oct. 24.
