Valentine’s Day Movie Night

Valentine Movie Night will return to Paso Robles Park Cinemas on Sunday, Feb. 10, presented by Paso Robles Main Street Association. Enjoy the 1964 Academy Award winner, “Father Goose” starring Cary Grant, Leslie Caron and Trevor Howard on the big screen once again at 7 p.m. at Park Cinemas in Downtown Paso Robles as part of our Valentine Movie Night. Popcorn and soda (or champagne and chocolate) are included in your $12.00 ticket. The event starts at 7 p.m., so arrive early for best seating (in the all-easy, high-back chairseats) Park Cinemas, 1100 Pine Street, Paso Robles. Tickets are limited and may be purchased now for $12 per person (or over the phone and held at Will Call), available through the Paso Robles Main Street office at 835 12th St., Suite D, in the “Norma’s Way” alley, or telephone (805) 238-4103. Black Tie Valentine’s Dinner in the Eberle Caves

Saturday, Feb. 9, 2019, at 6 p.m., Featuring Executive Chef Kurt Metzger from Thomas Hill Organics. Thomas Hill Organics is a farm-to-table restaurant dedicated to serving creative, organic cuisine and highlighting unique wines from the Central Coast. Under the guidance of Executive Chef Kurt Metzger. THO has become one of the most iconic restaurants in San Luis Obispo County; using local ingredients to highlight and inspire the dishes he prepares. Young Frankenstein

Showings Feb. 15, 16, 22 and 23. “Young Frankenstein” is a PG rated show, that is sure to make you laugh! The stage performance is directly adapted from Mel Brooks’ movie, so it is full of slap stick humor. This is a great show to take a date for Valentine’s Day, as the show focuses on love as its theme. The cast of 19, ranging in ages 10 – 18 have been rehearsing since December. Tickets are $15 for adults ages 19 and up, students $12. Sweetheart Stroll in Atascadero

The City of Atascadero and the Atascadero Chamber of Commerce will present the Annual Sweetheart Stroll to be held throughout Atascadero’s downtown on Saturday, Feb. 10 from 1 to 4 p.m., rain or shine. The event will kick off at 12:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. at Grape Encounters Empourium. Tickets will be available starting at noon in front of Historic City Hall located at 6500 Palma Ave or at Grape Encounters Empourium located at 5816 Traffic Way in Atascadero, on Saturday, Feb. 10. The ticket price is $20 per person and includes a complementary, commemorative wine glass and a rose (roses offered one per couple while supplies last).


Cambria Film Festival

Its first year was a success, so the Cambria Film Festival is hosting another four days of movies dedicated to the complexities of love. Scheduled for Feb. 7 -10, (just before Valentine’s Day) the festival takes advantage of the romantic Central Coast seaside setting that is Cambria and use four different venues to screen approximately 50 different feature and short films. For more information about the festival, visit www.CambriaFilmFestival.com.


Cass Winery Valentine’s Day Dinner

Happening Feb. 14, from 6- 9:30 p.m. Enjoy a multi-course dinner paired with Cass Wines in the Cass Winery Barrel Room, then cap the night off on the dance floor with a solo saxophone performance from James Gentry. Seating is limited. Menu & tickets available online at www.casswines.com.
