2025 Women of Influence North County recipients announced
Recognition honors women who are making contributions in their industries and communities
– The Atascadero Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Atascadero chapter of the American Association of University Women, has announced the recipients of the third annual Women of Influence North County program.
The recognition honors women who are making contributions in their industries and communities. Forty-five nominations were submitted this year.
The 2025 recipients are Amanda Wittstrom-Higgins, Candice Galli and Traci Hollinger.
Wittstrom-Higgins is the founder of Full Cup Solutions and Dream Big Darling. She co-founded Wine Speak Paso Robles, elevated Ancient Peaks Winery to national prominence and launched FLOurish, a program that empowers women nationwide. A Paso Robles native, she has supported scholarships, mentorship and career development. One nominator said, “Amanda makes you want to rise to your very best.”
Galli is the executive director of Cancer Support Community – California Central Coast. A cancer survivor, she has expanded access to programs and built support for individuals and families affected by cancer. A resident of Atascadero, her colleagues said she leads with openness and compassion. One colleague said, “Candice makes you feel seen, understood, and never alone.”
Hollinger leads Achievement House and NCI Affiliates, serving more than 500 individuals with disabilities from Salinas to Gaviota. She oversees a staff of 180 and has expanded programs that provide independence, employment and community participation. A nominator said, “She fights for those without a voice and makes everyone feel valued.”
The Women of Influence North County luncheon will take place Sept. 11 at Springhill Suites in Atascadero. Each recipient will share her story, and one honoree will be named the 2025 Atascadero Chamber of Commerce Woman of Influence. That recipient will also be recognized at the chamber’s annual awards dinner and gala on March 28.
Tickets are available at www.atascaderochamber.org. Proceeds benefit recipients of the AAUW Tech Trek program, which supports girls in science, technology, engineering and math education.
Program sponsors include the County of San Luis Obispo, Cal Poly CIE and SBDC, and Springhill Suites.
