21-year old driver arrested for DUI after crash on Spring Street

–21-year-old Jyerick Nebeker was arrested Tuesday night for driving under the influence after he ran a red light and struck another vehicle, according to the Paso Robles Police.

The collision occured at 13th and Spring. Nebeker ran the red light southbound on Spring Street, colliding with an eastbound vehicle. One passenger from the victim vehicle was transported to Twin Cities Hospital for complaint of pain. Nebeker showed symptoms of being under the influence of a controlled substance. He was subsequently arrested, held to sober, and later released on a promise to appear in court.
