Five Paso Robles wines make Wine Spectator’s Top 100
Five wines from the Paso Robles wine region were selected among the best 100 in the world this year by Wine Spectator Magazine in its annual list. The magazine publishes the highly acclaimed list every December and includes wines of many varieties from all across the world.
The five Paso Robles wines noted are listed here.
Booker’s 2010 Fracture, a Paso Robles Syrah, earned 19th place and 96 tasting points. It sells for $70 a bottle.
Saxum’s 2009 James Berry Vinyeard of Paso Robles earned 21st place with 97 tasting points. It sells for $85 a bottle.
Eberle’s 2010 Syrah, Paso Robles Steinbeck Vineyard earned 40th place with 93 tasting points. It sells for $24 a bottle.
Turley’s 2010 Zinfandel, Paso Robles Pesenti Vineyard earned 72nd place with 93 tasting points. It sells for $35 a bottle.
Austin Hope’s 2010 Syrah, Hope Family Vineyard Paso Robles earned 76th place with 93 tasting points. It sells for $42 a bottle.
