Housing constraints advisory committee volunteers wanted
–The City of Paso Robles is now accepting applications for appointment to the Housing Constraints Advisory Committee. Appointments will be for an approximately 1-year term.
Committee members can expect to dedicate 10 hours each month to participate in monthly meetings and meeting preparation.
The committee will investigate options to reduce barriers to housing development within the city, including analyzing the Development Impact Fee program. The committee will tentatively meet monthly. The schedule is not yet determined. The committee will provide recommendations to city council.
Applicants are advised that all committee members may be required to file a Statement of Economic Interests (financial disclosure statements).
Applications may be obtained at City Hall, 1000 Spring Street or downloaded here. or type “advisory application” in the site search box on the city website. Deadline for submitting applications is 5 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 20.
