A Thousand Horses to perform at Mid-State Fair 

A thousand horses–A Thousand Horses has been confirmed to perform on Wednesday, July 27, at 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on the Frontier Stage. A Thousand Horses’ performances will be free with paid admission to the Fair.

A Thousand Horses has a distinct sound that melds together muscular country, drawling rock, high gospel harmony, low-country blues and old school soul. The band made its television debut on NBC’s Today, Fox’s Fox & Friends and ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live. The band earned themselves a CMT Music Awards nomination for Group Video of the Year, and their hit single, “Smoke” landed a number one spot on.

The 2016 California Mid-State Fair runs July 20 through July 31. This year’s theme is “The Adventure Continues…”
