Adoptable pet of the week: Indigo
–The featured pet of the week is Indigo from Second Chance at Love, a dog rescue and sanctuary in Templeton that takes in abandoned, neglected, abused or abandoned dogs.
At only 11 months old this energetic pit mix was saved from a high kill shelter in Los Angeles in his eleventh hour. Indigo is now about a year and a half old, and still resides at Second Chance.
Indigo is a happy, healthy, handsome boy ready for just about anything. He is a fast learner and is doing extremely well with his training, according to Second Chance.
He is full of personality and it shows through his “flying nun” ears. There’s never a dull moment when Indigo is around. Walking with the pack is one of his favorite things to do as is playing with his new friends. Indigo loves everything and everyone and would make the perfect family dog.
