Adoptable pet of the week: Claire

pet of the week Claire

Claire came to Meade Canine Rescue and Sanctuary over a year ago, just before her final date at a high-kill animal shelter in North Central Los Angeles. When she was spayed, the veterinarian wouldn’t remove a large tumor so Claire is a hospice dog. She loves humans and will insist on sleeping with her caregiver. She is very sweet and great with cats.

To adopt Claire contact Charlotte Meade at (805) 239-4004 or 4dots@att.net.

Meade Canine Rescue and Sanctuary is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit located in Creston, CA. The rescue specializes in saving the least adoptable dogs from high kill dog pounds and advocating for better education, providing medical care and spaying/neutering as many dogs as possible.
