Adults can craft handmade dolls at Paso Robles library class
No sewing machine is required
– The Paso Robles City Library will offer an in-person crafting class on March 5 at 6 p.m., where participants can create a handmade felt doll based on the design of Mimi Kirchner. The class will take place in the library’s conference room and is open to individuals ages 16 and older.
Participants will hand-sew their dolls, selecting from various skin tones, hair colors, and dress colors. No sewing machine is required. The finished doll is intended as a decorative piece and is not recommended for young children.
Registration is required and will be open from Feb. 14 to Feb. 28. Craft kits will be provided, and attendees will receive instruction on the most challenging parts of the project. Space is limited.
